Up to 55,000 applicants from
around the world may receive U.S. permanent residence visas (green cards) in the year 2004.
These visas (green cards) will be issued between October 2003 and September 2004.
A green card allows its holder to live permanently in the U.S.A. A
green card holder is also eligible for work, health, education and other benefits and
rights. Green card holders may later apply for U.S. citizenship and passport.
The instructions for this program are determined by the U.S.
Government. Failure to carefully follow all of these instructions will disqualify your
application. Every year, a great number of applications received by the U.S.
Government are disqualified because some of the requirements are not met or the official
instructions are not followed. In addition, it is estimated that as much as one half of
all applications are lost in the mail, delivered to the wrong address, or delivered too
early or too late.
The selection of winners is made at random and no outside
service can improve your chances of being chosen or guarantee your application will win.
You can apply directly to the U.S. Government at no cost. Or, you can send your
application to our office for submission to the U.S. Government on your behalf. The
decision regarding your case will be made by the U.S. Government. However, if you apply
through our office, you have the guarantee that your application will satisfy all of the
formal requirements of the U.S. Government for its submission (based on the information
provided by you). Your information will be submitted in the correct form, your application
mailed to the right address, and mailed in time for delivery as required by the U.S.
Government.
But we must receive your signed application
form, your photograph, and payment no later than on October 22, 2002, to give you this
guarantee.
